LDS Singles Cruise January 16th – January 23rd
Details: Imagine yourself freezing cold in January while all your friends are cruising the Caribbean. Now imagine yourself on the beach in 90 degree weather, toes in the sand while your friends are in freezing cold Utah. Which sounds better? Come cruise with us! Invite your friends!
Real Details: Cruise leaves January 16th out of Miami. It’s the Carnival Glory. Ports include: Bahamas, St. Thomas, Puerto Rico, and Grand Turk.
Bonus: January 17th is Martin Luther King Junior Day, so you may not be missing out on as much school/work. Plus the King would want you on this Cruise (Both Martin Luther and Elvis…actually, and Lebron he lives in Miami now)

Flights: On your own. Flights typically if booked with a little advanced notice are around $300-$400. There are shuttles from Miami airport and Fort Lauderdale airport. There aren’t any flights that leave early enough from Salt Lake on Sunday so you must fly out a day early or take a red eye.
Returning Flights: Return flights must have a departure time no earlier than noon on the 23rd.
Ship Info: Carnival Glory. This ship has swimming pools, hot tubs, water slides, mini golf course, lounges, internet cafe, spa, gym, 24 hour pizza and ice cream, all the food you can imagine, and much much more.

Shore Excursions: So many options at each port. These can be free if you just want to go to the beach or you can spend money. These you will book on your own.
How much are shore excursions: I would say on average shore excursions are around $40 some obviously less others more.
Who's invited: You and your single friends!
Who's coming: As we get closer to the sailing dates we will compile a list
What's the recommended tipping amount: It is recommended tipping $10 total a day. You are treated like a king/queen. Your room is cleaned twice a day, you get amazing service at dinner.
How do I get to and from the port of Miami: there are many ways to get to the port. 1) shuttles, both Miami and Fort Lauderdale airports have shuttles (I think cost is about $20). 2) Taxi's 3) Car rentals (there are only a few that have service to the port). Whichever option you decide make sure you call yourself beforehand to find out exact cost and availability
